Criminal procedures in the EU – the need for more procedural rights?

On July 8, at 12h00 CET, VĂ¢nia Costa Ramos participates as a speaker in the debates of the European Union Conferences on the Future of Europe, organized by the Academy of European Law.

The theme of this debate is “Criminal procedures in the EU – the need for more procedural rights?” and will be based on the initiative of the European Criminal Bar Association (ECBA) Agenda2020: a New Roadmap on minimum standards for certain procedural guarantees (https://www.ecba.org/content/index.php/124-featured/751-ecba-roadmap-2020).
